This 2 storey Matarangi holiday home enjoys fresh and bright open plan living...Take in the marvellous, sweeping views to the Mercury Islands and Great Barrier Island from the main living, dining and kitchen areas and the master bedroom! Upstairs, the lounge area leads onto the deck for dining al fresco, or wander down to the beach just moments from your door!

Each of the 4 bedrooms at this Matarangi accommodation is located upstairs. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are both fitted with a king bed, bedroom 3 is fitted with a queen bed, and bedroom 4 is fitted with 2 singles. You will find a bathroom on each floor for an easy holiday set-up.

The rumpus room enjoys easy indoor/outdoor flow plus a pool table and a minibar. There is also an additional queen bed located in this room. This is an ideal spot for the kids, or for 2 groups keen to have their separate space!

There are 4 bedrooms and an additional queen bed in the rumpus room.As there is unfenced access to the beach, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water. Entrance to garage is narrow if you're bringing a boat, 14 ft is fine.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
