"I was away for my birthday weekend and had left my birthday cards out. When I came back from touring there was a note on my bed telling me to call reception for a surprise gift. I was brought up a bottle of Cava, an A4 birthday poster with my name on it and a nice dish of fruit. I had read many good reviews for this hotel so decided to pick it. I am glad I did and would stay here again. I was on the first floor at the back of the hotel which was quiet. Thank you especially to Luis and David at reception. Keep up the good work guys! "

"This hotel is lovely; very stylish, comfortable and very clean. The staff were always welcoming and friendly. Nice 360 views from the 11th floor bar. Great breakfast Walkable to La Ramblas. Some really nice tapas options around the hotel. Only downside; the streets around smell of pee and late night you’d not want to walk around on your own. Don’t let that put you off, Barcelona has gone down hill since I last came here, but the hotel is lush."
