"Most relaxing stay. Friendly service. Excellent food, grounds and spa. After an unavoidable small accident at breakfast, staff rushed to assist, note details. Hotel security and the PR manager Jacob took notes and were extremely attentive to feedback even refunding the breakfast charge and giving us a small gift when we checked out. Impressive?"

"Amazing place for families. Pastoral property with big apartments and green areas. The pool is really good for both children and adults. Breakfast is rich and served to the room, it was really nice to eat it as picnic. The people in reservation desk are nice but service has limited open hours "

"By short walk down through the Damascus Gate, via the El-Wadi bazzars/lanes, and up and around the Via Dolorosa, most of the main attractions for Christian trippers like me are easily found. From the COH Sepulchre, over to Herod's Citadel, and to the Southern Walls, and the fascinating Temple Mount itself, with tunnels, walls, archaeological park, ringing not only of 'Jesus Stories, but of Romans, Byzantines, Ottomans, Jews of course, and the overwhelming appeal and mystique of the Moslem...

"Beautfiul setting, really large and delicious breakfast and dinner buffet, lovely modern clean room. Staff was overall helpful but some were a bit reserved. Lovely walk/hike just out the door. Very extensive children's area, not sure it is open every day but I assume on weekends, holidays, etc Great for our grandchildren. Wife and daughter used the spa at the partner hotel next door and thought it was amazing. "

"Overall the our stay was OK. We definitely won’t recommend it to friends or family.. Not value for money at all.. The food was the worst we’ve ever had.. It wasn’t made personally on demand, it was greasy and so salty, you couldn’t have more then a one bite.. The food in the buffet was a little better.. It was fresh and tasty for the most part, but always missing items - food/ plates/ glasses.. and the staff was no where to be found.. it felt like you always have to ask for the refill of things...
