"Really nice, welcoming place. Very well-located for the centre of Matera (a short walk), free parking - probably *the* best hotel to stay in when visiting Matera. Loses 'full marks' since the air-conditioning (clima) appeared ineffective, and the shower was very difficult to use without getting water all over the rest of the bathroom."

Also there is a rooftop patio where you can enjoy a glass of wine while admiring the sunset and Matera. Francisco makes this place extra special. His enthusiasm for Matera is infectious.
