Beautiful farmhouse, independent, quiet, close (<5kms) to the beaches of St Cast and all amenities. Come discover the 7 beaches of St Cast which are among the most beautiful of the Emerald Coast, or enjoy the calm and charm of the Bay of Fresnaye (Port St Jean) less than 2 kilometers from the house. This site is unique whatever the tide time. Discover on foot, the mill of the sea, St Germain of the Sea or the Great Beach of St Cast, if you prefer the games or the fine sand.
Cape Fréhel, Fort La Latte, St Malo the corsair city of the famous Surcouf then Dinan, the beautiful medieval city of Bertrand du Guesclin, constable and hero of the Hundred Years War, are nearby. All year round, you can enjoy superb shows such as the tour of the ramparts in St Malo, the museum of cap-horniers in St Servan with its Solidor tower, the tomb of Chateaubriand, native son of the country. But also, stroll in Dinan, unique medieval city with the castle of the Duchess Anne and restore you on the banks of the Rance at the bottom of the city. Further but less than half an hour away by car, leave the day for a breakaway in Jersey or Guernsey with the stars of St Malo. Tarif haut de gamme mais équipements insuffisants voire dangereux
seuls la localisation, les espaces et la literie sont positifs dans cette maison, pas de salon de jardin, 2 malheureux transats bas de gamme et un 3ème cassé, deux tringles à rideaux tombent toutes seules, trappe ouverte la cheminée enfume toute la maison...globalement déçus de cette location.

Gîtes adapté pour une reunion de famille proches de toute commodites et en même temps au calme avec un immense jardin arbore et proches des beaute de la bretagne en quelques minutes,cap Frehel, fort la latte. Nous sommes allez randonnee sur l'ile des Ebihens en profitant de la maree basse. Sejour magnifique et exceptionnel pour nous. Tout sur place interieur et extérieur. Echange sms facile. Bonne localisation, à proximité de nombreux sites à visiter. Maison atypique, avec un extérieur agréable. Néanmoins, quelques petits mobiliers seraient à renouveler et certains travaux d'entretien seraient à prévoir pour éviter toutes sortes de désagréments durant le séjour.

Très belles vacances
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette longère familiale. L’emplacement est idéal, isolé des voisins, entourée de champs et à distance de la route principale, on pourrait se croire en pleine campagne mais toutes les commodités et les plages sont à moins de 5min en voiture. L’intérieur de la maison est agréable malgré les chambres et les salles de bains vieillottes. Le jardin bien entretenu est très agréable, le temps ensoleillé nous a permis de prendre tous les repas à l’extérieur sur les grandes tables. Il manque cependant d’éclairage plus puissant pour les longues parties de cartes le soir ! La maison est très bien équipée et son charme a opéré sur toute la famille. Nous garderons de très beaux souvenirs de ces vacances !

Séjour à 12 adultes et 3 enfants Tres belle longere avec de beaux volumes et on sent bien l'âme de la maison. .Logement globalement bien équipé mais le 3 ieme WC demande à être réparé d'urgence, la cuisinière mériterait d'être changé ainsi que les matelas de certains lits et du convertible du salon. Il serait également nécessaire de vérifier la propreté de la vaisselle que nous avons du laver avant utilisation. Après notre passage le logement est maintenant équipé de 6 verres à bière et les occupants suivants profiteront des bûches que nous leur auront laissées.

Maison de charme et pleine d'histoire
La maison est très agréable, bien aménagée et très bien équipée. La décoration est de qualité,avec beaucoup d'objets, de photos qui racontent l'histoire de cette belle longère. La situation est parfaite, près de St cast. Nous sommes arrivés le vendredi à 20h, avec une température froide depuis une semaine et la maison a mis un jour à être vraiment bien chaude. Nous étions 12 adultes et c'est le maximum par rapport aux lits présents: il y a 4 grands lits confortables, pour le reste ce sont des lits pour enfants (literie moyenne voire très molle) et il y a aussi un canapé lit dans le salon mais nous ne l'avons pas testé. Nous espérons revenir car l'impression globale est très bonne.

Nous avons apprécié l'espace de la location, son authenticité est préservée. Il faudrait juste adapter certains équipements au nombre de la location ( essoreuse à salade toute petite, barbecue trop petit et dangereux car rafistolé avec ficelle, grande casserole à changer). Merci à Sophie qui a assuré l'accueil et le départ.

Maison tout à fait adaptée à notre réunion familiale de 8 personnes , 2 enfants et notre chien !! Chacun y a trouvé sa place ,grandes tablées , soirées jeux conviviales autour de la cheminée ! Petit bémol : dommage le bois n’est pas fourni et 2 , 3 tablettes de lave vaisselle se seraient pas superflues !

Tolles Ambiente Haus im bretonischem Stil, leider schlecht.
Das Haus muss dringend einer Grundreinigung unterzogen werden, um den Preis überhaupt nur annähernd zu rechtfertigen. Und wenn man genau hinschauen würde. Bedarf es einer gründlichen Renovierung. Aber eine Woche Ferien kann man dort machen.
