Staff went overboard to help me find some resources I needed (different kinds of shops). I ended up staying an extra night due to an injury while hiking and was happy to have another night there.

Due to staff shortage, the restaurant is closed at night, no room service food. Seven Eleven store near the hotel was poorly stocked. The room and hall ways were clean, good cleaning staff.

アパホテルは大きなお風呂があるのが当たり前になってきている客室設置の風呂ではゆったりできない道後温泉が交通機関を利用しないといけないですが、入浴券があれば嬉しいですホテルそばには伊予鉄が走っているのですから

喫煙室で予約した私が悪いんだけど、その日はいっぱいで変更出来ないとの事で諦めたました。私が喫煙者じゃないからなのか、部屋がすごくタバコ臭くて換気しても何してもダメで喉が痛くなりました。部屋で滞在中マスクなしではいられませんでした。それが残念でした。

外出時に鍵を預けるが、戻って鍵を受取る時にチェックインの列に並ばなくてはいけないので改善頂きたい。周辺の騒音と水回りのカビが気になった。その他スタッフのサービス含め非常に良かった。

　清潔な部屋で気持ちよく過ごせました。　駅からは離れているので大きな荷物を持って徒歩で来るには向きません。　大きな通りに面していてうるさいかと思いましたが非常に静かでした。　設備はやや古いですが使い勝手は悪くありません。値段を考えれば十分かと思います。
