This is an excellent hotel a five minute walk from the JR Matsuyama City station. The hotel rooms were clean and air-conditioned and the amenities were good. I would specially commend this hotel for the excellent breakfast spread. It's very much a Japanese breakfast, but the variety was amazing. I would stay at this hotel again just for the breakfast.

The hotel was 5 minutes walk from JR train station, the breakfast was very good, a lof of food and yammy. But, the beds, chair and the room was old. The price of this hotel was reasonable.

Affordable and convenient with close proximity to Matsuyama station. A good option for anyone spending a day or two in Matsuyama as part of a larger trip.

Second stay, still good

This was my second time staying at this hotel and while it was clean, convenient and affordable, service that day left a bit to be desired. When I arrived, an older gentleman at the check in desk greeted me somewhat brusquely and didn't believe me when I said I had a reservation, asking me to provide all my information again. It wasn’t until a younger staff member came over and cleared up the situation that I was able to get my room without unnecessary procedures. Despite this, my stay was nice and I’d return here if I was even in Matsuyama again.
