"My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Andreas' place. He was very easy to communicate with and was there to meet us at check in. We even decided to extend our stay by 2 days and he made it a simple process. The apartment is as described and shown. "We stayed at Ma Maison N°1 to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. The apartment was beautifully decorated, down to the lighting. Our balcony view of the Acroplis and Lycabettus Hill was especially awesome at night. I also recommend the airport transport service offered by Yannis and Rena. They made our stay in Athens perfect. "This apartment is roomy and has a very large veranda. Here are the problems: Dirty sofa back cushions found in bedroom closet and had no covers. Blanket on sofa had holes. Shower door fell apart at first touch. We fixed it. Part of old shower door on veranda and had broken glass throughout. Plastic table on veranda so dilapidated it was almost unusable. Very unsafe neighborhood by our observation and by word from others."

"Loved this hotel ! We had a room with an outdoor hot tub which was so relaxing ! The breakfast buffet was really good. Hotel staff was excellent . The only negative is no hotel parking but we were able to always find parking on the street near the hotel . Awesome place to stay 😊"

"The hotel is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Fresh towels everyday. Breakfast was included and plentiful. The area is away from downtown Athens but near a metro like two city blocks that runs often. Nice quiet neighborhood feel, observed a lot of seniors in the area. Nice cafe places on every corner and a bakery that is open 24 hours on the corner from the hotel. Amazing views on the roof from the hotel. Very nice place. "
