"Beautiful sunset views from almost every room. Great bathrooms, good mattresses, pillows and bedding. However, the house needs a little TLC/updating. We still had a great stay and it was ideal for 4 mature ladies to get away for a long weekend of R&R"

"Perfectly located cottage close to the harbour in St Ives. Restaurants, galleries, shops and beaches all an easy walk away. The cottage was clean and comfortable although perhaps a little chilly in January. It is also not designed for large people as the shower is tiny and the ceilings are low in places. "We loved our trip to St Ives. The cottage was great for us, as a family of 3. I appreciated the location; on the outskirts of the centre, so you're close to everything but not sureounded by tourists all the time. The cottage is small, but enough space for the three of us and lovely to have some outside space to use. "A beautiful 400 year old cottage set in beautiful woodland surroundings. Everything you would think you’d need was supplied, fully equipped kitchen, WiFi in every room. Clean and comfortable throughout, shops close by. Would recommend this cottage and the host Steph did everything she possibly could to make our stay the best. Definitely a Christmas we’ll remember for ever. "

"This property is in an ok location and has clean sheets - for that we were grateful. The staff in the main building tried their utmost to be welcoming and enthusiastic. They did a very good job under the circumstances. The rest is just tragic. The unit is run down, grubby and uncomfortable. Downstairs the kitchen units are about to collapse. "Good location and great if you are travelling to area with out a car. Flat was clean and comfortable but with a little attention to detail could easily be elevated to a really good flat. Entrance needs a good clean and paint and better street signage on the door. Shower very temperamental, scalding hot or freezing cold. Outside area could be easily do with a bit of attention. Seems as if the owner has lost heart and passion in this lovely little flat. "
