My West Little Corner Cheerful 2-bedroom apartment with capacity for 4 people, located on the first floor (no stairs), free parking in front of the apartment, suitable for people with disabilities and close to everything. We have grab bars in the bathroom and shower for the safety of our special guests. In addition and by request, a special chair will be provided for showering. One of the aspects that distinguishes us is the privileged location that we have. We are about 21 to 55 min. of the best beaches in the West area. About 13 to 18 min. of two of the most recognized casinos in our region and the River Village Pool that you can enjoy for an established cost per person. Minutes from pharmacies, supermarkets, malls, department stores, restaurants, fast foods rest., our coast and much more...Enjoy! My West Little Corner Apt. 3 has air-conditioning in all two bedrooms to have a pleasant night. Wifi/Roku TV/local channels/Disney Plus/Netflix available. We are approximately 3 minutes from the main road that will take you to enjoy each of your adventures. Our space has parking for one vehicle or two medium vehicles for free. If you need additional space, we have an additional lot for a minimum cost of $ 15 truck or heavy vehicle stay/per week or $10 per car /per week/per stay. We are about 20 minutes from a water park located in a close town of San German, PR. Guests will have access to the entire apartment. The rooms will be prepared according to the number of visitors we have. Rooms that are not going to be used, will be kept locked. If the reservation is for 4 guests, ONLY 4 GUESTS ARE ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT. We are a typical Puerto Rican community. In our environment, you will find roosters, chickens, dogs, cats and other typical animals of a country community although we are in the same city of Mayaguez. These animals are not ours, but they are in the community. In My West Little Corner Apt. you will experience our community life. If you don't have the experience by hearing our Coquis at night and rooster in the morning you are not having a real experience. NO: Smoking inside the apartment, PARTIES or ACTIVITIES in or out the apartment. Any violation of these rules will result in a penalty of $250.00. Our facilities are connected and depend exclusively on the public service for the utilities of the Electric Power Authority and the Aqueduct and Sewer Authority of Puerto Rico. Our WiFi is a service offered by Liberty PR, its connection depends on Liberty's availability. Reservations are formalized in the recognition and understanding of this condition by the guest, so the interruption of these utilities will not limit or lead to the termination of the reservation or any type of refund. We have a 25 gallon water tank to serve clean water during the lack of it. We connect with our customers by text messages or calls through our telephone number, which is shared immediately after the reservation is made. We will be in the premises to welcome you in your check in date. Pet allow for a low cost of $15 owe pet per stay.
