It was a great stay. Our room was very large with a very pretty view of the mountains. They had a really exceptional coffee machine in the lobby, where you could get any form of coffee that you liked. Lots of area to walk around if you have a pet with you. Would definitely stay here again

The Fairmont Banff Springs is amazing! I can't think of one thing we didn't like. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, the property was beautiful and well kept, the restaurants and bars were great. If you have the opportunity to reserve a Fairmont Gold room I would highly recommend it. We really enjoyed the breakfast and evening spreads served in the Gold lounge. But one of the most memorable parts of our stay was floating in the outdoor heated pool as it was snowing.

Really enjoyed our stay here! Room was cleaned every day, we really enjoyed how close we were to everything. The hot tub was a nice treat at the end of the day too!!

We love coming here for the apartment style suites and the pool/waterslide/hot tub. The hotel is looking tired but we were happy to see some upgrades starting. Our room was in slight disrepair on arrival with a broken cupboard door and a leaky dishwasher. Upstairs neighbours were extremely loud during quiet hours but security dealt with them appropriately. We still like the Grande Rockies but it’s time for some refreshed furnishings in the rooms.

"Great and helpful staff. Rooms were descent. However only two floors out of 6 had working ice machines. NONE of the vending machines were working on any floors except in the main lobby...the vending machines that were not working were 2.50$ and the small cans of pop and small apple/orange juices ..."
