As I was about to pay my safety deposit, I never saw a prompt on the reader. Despite this technical issue, the reception entered my card into the payment software on computer. "It was surprisingly swift to check in. The Bistro area was still opened when we arrived and closed at 10pm. We were snowed in and our flights canceled. Decided to stay here at the last minute. Rooms are clean and the linens crisp and fresh. And it's conveniently nearby the airport Reagan. "

A nice stay with some ideas for improvement.

"The hotel is well-located and the staff is very helpful. It was a nice room but I would have preferred more lighting including adding lights in the closets. My complaint is the location of the room. There was a lot of motor noise constantly I think due to the machinery that runs the building. It ran all day and night. While I was able to sleep at night, it was annoying that it was constant. The food at breakfast needs improvement."
