Prior to making my reservation I called the hotels reservation centre for details to compare with Expedia. There appeared to be little difference, so I chose to make the booking via Expedia.ca. "Staff and restaurant was great, hotel itself was fine. Not much around the area, we specifically booked this hotel because of the pool. We knew we would be travelling for 8 hours on a hot day by motorbike so wanted a hotel with a pool. Went to use the pool and it was "closed for the season" apparently closed on the 1st Sept... we were there on the 2nd.... might seem petty but that was the primary reason we booked the hotel... there is nothing noted about pool closure on Expedia or the hotel...

"Ample apartment with good facilities. No one on site. Difficult to access. You are supposed to get a form to checkin online and then you get a code to open the doors. They claimed they did not get my email and phone from Expedia. They refused to let me access my unit to connect my computer and complete the checkin. In the end we drove to thier offices and they completed the paperwork. The locks with codes are not user friendly. In the end someone arrived and let us in. "
