"This is our second time staying at the Lion Downe Cabin, and we hope to return for a third visit. The outdoor hot tub in winter is "the bomb." Wonderful to sit outside in the cool, crisp air, looking at the stars from a nice warm jetted tub. Everything worked correctly. "We needed to be in Rochester for Health appointments on Dec 26, so siblings, parents, and a few of the adult children gathered here on Christmas day to be together. Some family stayed at a hotel, but there was plenty of space for all of us to enjoy food and drinks together. We made 3 pots of soup and had bread and appetizers and the kitchen was very functional. Everyone was happy with sleeping accommodations as well."

"My friends and I fell in love with this sweet cabin, the town of Pepin and the nearby towns up and down the river. The location of this space is excellent. Walkable to a couple of great restaurants (Harbor View Cafe! What a gem!) and the marina. The balcony had great views of the river, even with the boats up for the winter, and great sunset views. The train is a frequent passerby, but the white noise machines in each bedroom made it a nonissue. I will definitely be back! "

"House looks small on outside but inside is spacious and nicely decorated. Neighborhood is quiet and near Silver Lake, which is a nice walk. House was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay."
