"We loved this rental. Beautiful home in a great location. Beds were comfortable. Outdoor seating was wonderful. There were a couple hiccups on our end. Due to the type of face wash some in our group use, it causes discoloration on fabrics. Hotels and vacation rentals generally have white towels. This one did not. And it did discolor the towels. I understand the owners frustration. I apologized and offered reimbursement. Apparently during our stay, a towel holder was broken in a bathroom. I did...
