Good Hotel

Great hotel with friendly staff and comfortable room that provides a certain degree of privacy.I would have rated it excellent if the Wi-Fi reception was good.

Not a 4 stars hotel by a long shot. No coffee or croissants as of 9:15 am, when breakfast was supposed to end at 10 am. Stay away from the pool. Poor maintenance

Disappointing

Empty hotel. Service was awful. Paper toilet not replenished even though we notified the maid. Plenty of roaches in the room. We were worried to carry some in our luggage back home. We only had breakfast but some of the fruits were Staled. We stayed October 6 and 7 2017 and this was the worst hotel experience ever. We will not return to this place.

料金の割に、サービスはよくない。 バスタブがない。 友人と二人で宿泊したため、ベッドは２つと依頼していたのに、ベッドが一つしかなく、ベッドも小さめ。 ネットで支払済みなのに、料金を請求したり、支払に関して把握していない。 プライベートビーチは、汚い。 プールもネットで見てるのと全然違い、狭いし、それほどきれいではない。
