Not enough pillows and towels. Also the tv set up Is completely awkwardly in an area not even near the bed other than that everything was fine

Even though I requested a handicap room for my elderly father who walks with a cane they instead gave him a second floor room with a broken elevator. The rooms left a lot to be desired. Beds were horrible, didn’t even have cups in the room for water.
