Come and enjoy all that McCall has to offer with this brand new beautiful 4 bed 2 bath home in the desirable Lick Creek Meadows Subdivision. The open concept kitchen/dining/living room is perfect for the family, and the brand new appliances make cooking a breeze. The kitchen is well stocked with drip + Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, blender, crockpot, electric skillet and filtered water. Only 1 mile down the bike path to Ponderosa State Park and Davis Beach with plenty of walking and biking trails. This home has quartz counter tops throughout, black stainless appliances, convection oven, and a master walk in tile shower with dual shower heads. Warm up next to the Heat n Glo propane fireplace with variable flame and blower or relax and enjoy the views from the back patio. The cleaning fee for this property is $225.

It was a great property. Even better than the pictures make it out to be. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, the fireplace worked great, the bedrooms were super nice, and the bathrooms were spectacular. Overall a great experience.
