"This was a new building with an outdoor pool. We could use the indoor pool in the old building on the same property. The the room was lovely. We slept really well. The breakfast faire was okay, though not too hot. The attendants were very attentive, and ready to help. This hotel felt safe, and it was in a quiet, yet convenient location. Would recommend staying here."

"Hotel is nice. Employees are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was very quiet. After walking quite a distance for food, I use a walker, I decided to eat at the hotel restaurant. While the food was good it was a bit pricey. I wish they would have had a shuttle to the neighboring hospitals. That would have been great. But it was a great choice in hotels near the hospital."

"Overall a good hotel. We chose it for the proximity to the UPMC hospital. Some rooms were noisy from the street, but we asked for a change and the rooms not facing the street were okay. The heating didn’t work at first, however they fixed it. The price is better when booking from Expedia than what they could offer at the reception desk (we extended a couple of times). The staff was nice and helpful."
