"Lisa was very welcoming and made me feel like a special guest. I arrived without essential toiletries and recognizing this, she offered the things I needed to make my stay more comfortable. I am a truck driver and my truck locked up at the garage getting work done and I was not able to retrieve my items. She was very pleasant and went out of her to ensure I had everything I needed! Her efforts were very much appreciated!"
