"This cabin was so adorable! The perfect size for our family for 3 for the weekend. Beautiful views from the porch, lovely ocean breezes. Very close proximity to everything Lubec has to offer. Everything in the kitchen was adequate for our needs…it only has a 2 burner stove top, so don’t try to cook big meals. But it was great for making easy breakfasts and searing a quick steak. The bedroom was so cute and set up great for 3 people. We loved our stay here! "

"very clean, quiet location just a few minutes from the village and harbor. Fully stocked kitchen except for a lobster pot, ( maybe we didn't look hard enough) if you plan on taking advantage of purchasing them fresh from the boat, and steaming some clams!"

"The location and views were amazing. Beautiful sunsets. My dog loved the yard and I’m not sure why but she also loved the sleeping cottage (Lobster Lair) which was adorable. The bedroom in the main house was large with a very comfortable bed, stunning views. The house was clean and comfortable, better than pictures depict in my opinion. This has been our favorite vacation so far, loved the town and the stay. Highly recommend."

"This cottage was perfect for our party of 4. The views from the deck were magnificent and we were able to watch the lobster boats. Very tranquil, relaxing and beautiful. The owner had everything we could possibly need for cooking and having a wonderful time. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. . We felt right at home. Ferris was an awesome host who even recommended where to get our lobsters, scallops, haddock and clams. We hope to get back there in the near future. "

"This was such a great find for a last-minute getaway Down East. The house was just as pictured (better actually), very clean, very comfortable, and very well-appointed. It is super close to West Quoddy Light, “downtown” Lubec., and the sights of Campobello. We had a nice restful visit and the fire pit was a special treat,"

"This was our 5th stay at Bear Beach. We usually like to move around and try new places, but there simply is no place like it. It is a beautiful tradition we vow to repeat each year from our beach chairs. Maine at its wildest and most serene, with absolute privacy, epic days and glorious sunsets. We love to swim at high tide, dig for clams and clay at low tide and then rinse in the warm outdoor shower and relax in the sauna. Thank you Sue for sharing this with us!"

"We booked this for our wedding vows at Cutler Coast and could not have asked for a better stay. Some things we enjoyed: Waking up to views of the sunrise over the bridge to Campobello island. Enjoying the peaceful town of Lubec. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Cooking meals in the kitchen (I’m vegan, limited options for dining out in Lubec). The king sized bed. Two bathrooms. Lots of sun pouring through the windows and skylights. 10/10 recommend!"
