The staff are very welcoming and accommodating, the rooms are modern and clean. The hotel has a unique architecture and is well located. I can definitely recommend the hotel and will visit it again when I am back in Medellin!

Me gusto mucho la localidad del hotel porque esta en la el área residencial de Manila, ideal para descansar a cualquier hora del día. Sus instalaciones son nuevas, Limpias y seguras. Aun el hotel no esta terminado, sin embargo quiero volver cuando el hotel este completamente terminado. Su personal es muy amable y brindan recomendaciones de los mejores lugares y asesoramiento en todo le que necesita. A tan solo dos cuadras esta la calle #12 o mejor conocida como calle de la alta mesa con una oferta gastronómica espectacular y variada. Recomiendo el restaurante la Hacienda. Quiero felicitar a Lina en la recepción, quien nos dio la bienvenida y el chico compañero de ella son de lo mejor. Gracias por su buen servicio Espero verlos pronto. avísenme desde que el hotel este terminado completo para llevar a toda mi familia.

¡NO RECOMENDADO! Comenzamos recalcando que el hotel es una falsa. NO ESTÁ terminado aún. Las instalaciones se encuentran bajo construcción, literalmente verás todos los materiales de la obra en las facilidades todavía. Lo único finalizado son las habitaciones y hay pisos que aún están inhabilitados. Ese tipo de cosas no te las indican hasta el día antes de hacer check-in. El hotel queda un poco retirado de la zona central del poblado, lo consideraría un poco solitaria. Para nuestra mala fortuna en nuestra segunda noche fuimos víctima de un atraco en la misma entrada del hotel (lobby). Los atracadores ya nos esperaban frente al hotel (sospechoso). Gracias a Dios no nos lastimaron pero claramente si nos robaron pertenencias. El hotel No cuenta con seguridad, de hecho había un caballero que fingió ser seguridad y no hizo nada al respecto. El hotel en general no tomó cartas en el asunto. No quisieron presentarse los empleados, tampoco cooperaron con las autoridades para mostrar cámaras de seguridad. Como medida preventiva decidimos irnos a otro hotel para así sentirnos más seguros. Se llegó un acuerdo directo con el hotel que nos harían un reembolso de las restantes dos noche que nos faltaban. Al día de hoy ha pasado 1 mes del incidente y no he recibido ningún centavo. Son unos falsantes e irrespetuosos por parte de la administración. Genuinamente no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto, y muy lamentable que aún reine la delincuencia y violencia en un país tan hermoso.

Divino este hotel. Fui de las primeras huéspedes y me hicieron sentir muy bienvenida. El staff es supremamente amable. Lorena la chica de recepción incluso me recomendó en donde ir a almorzar. Volvería sin duda. La ubicación es inmejorable.
