The room was lovely. The housekeeping staff were amazing. I feel my husband and I are low maintenance when it comes to upkeep our room we know how to make a bed. The staff was awesome. Passing us, fresh towels, and supplies that we required.

Absolutely amazing stay. Will definitely be back. Outdoor jacuzzi highly recommended. Great facilities and excellent staff. We had such a fun time. Can definitely get hot during the day, depending on your spot. Food was excellent!

Front desk was incredible she was so accommodating and made us feel at home. The facility was incredible and the scenery and landscaping was so breathtaking. We will be back again and again for sure. I truly enjoyed myself at this property! I was celebrating my 40th bday here and the staff was very open to fulfilling my requests to make it special. From decorating my room to the special dinner, it all was great and affordable. The room was amazing and very clean! The windows made it feel like you were outside. I was a little skeptical about coming, but everything turned out better than expected and o would definitely stay here again!

From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to anticipate every need. They checked in frequently to make sure I felt safe and comfortable, even handling tricky airline double-charge issues with Spanish-language calls on my behalf. The on-site restaurant staff carved out a quiet workspace for me, and their kindness made all the difference. The property itself is breathtaking. Every corner of the garden is immaculately maintained, blooming with vibrant color and perfectly trimmed hedges. The architecture is truly inspired—sleek, stylish lines and thoughtful design details that give the entire place an air of serene elegance. If you’re seeking a retreat—whether for relaxation, work, or a little bit of both—this is the spot. I can’t recommend it highly enough and would gladly return for another stay or even host a wellness retreat here someday. Absolutely beautiful in every respect!

Pros: Great for short stays. The staff was kind, for the most part. Beautiful views from the ‘Top Suite’ room and dining area. I paid for a massage that was pretty good also. The food was good as well. The room overall was clean and the shower was very nice with plenty of hot water. Cons: Rules are not fully enforced or regulated at all. Especially when couples can have loud sex during ‘tranquil’ quiet hours and wake up the entire retreat… Management should also be more diligent regarding room reservations as well. I was terrified my last night there when I heard the doorknob to my room rattling at 2:30AM because there was obviously some sort of mix up. Last but not least, I am very emotionally and socially intelligent as a WORLD traveler for over 10 years.. I do this FullTime and meet people all over the world. I notice undertones very well. Even though some of the staff presented themselves very nicely.. there were many moments where the mood and the environment felt ‘off’. And even though I’m not fluent in Spanish, I most definitely know enough to pick up on things.. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay for rest and relaxation if you’re not particular about anything… I wish the entire business and staff all the best in their future endeavors.
