Freistehendes Haus für 5 Personen mit großem Garten am Wasser. Die Uferpromenade ist mit einem Zaun ausgestattet. Die Unterkunft ist Teil des Europarcs Ijsselmeer mit einem Innenpool.

Neu 2019: Interieur verändert mit neuer Couch und Tisch.

Das Haus verfügt über eine eigene WLAN-Verbindung, TV-Senderpaket durch den Park.

Das Wohnzimmer und die Küche sind mit TV, Hifi-Receiver (mit USB/MP3-Anschluss), Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine (Filter und Nespresso), Backofen, Mikrowelle und einem Sandwichmaker ausgestattet.

Im 1. Stock finden Sie 3 Schlafzimmer mit 6 Betten. Das Badezimmer hat 2 Waschbecken, Dusche und Badewanne mit Thermostathähnen. Seit 1.1.2017 steht auch eine einfache Waschmaschine/Trockner zur Verfügung.

Im großen Garten gibt es Sonne von früh morgens bis früh abends. Für die Kinder gibt es eine einfache Schaukel.

Dieses Haus hat ab dem 31. Oktober 2022 einen neuem Besitzer. Vielen Dank an Wim Soede für die Erlaubnis zur Verwendung seiner Fotos und Bewertungen!

Detached house for 6 people with wide garden on the water and jetty. The waterfront is equipped with a fence. The property is part of Europarcs IJsselmeer with an indoor swimming pool.

New 2019: Interior changed with a new couch and table.

The house has its own WiFi connection, TV channel package through the park.

The living room and kitchen are equipped with TV, hi-fi receiver (with USB / MP3 connection), dishwasher, coffee maker (filter and nespresso), oven, microwave and a sandwich maker.

On the 1st floor you will find 3 bedrooms with 6 beds. The bathroom has 2 sinks, shower and bath with thermostat taps. A simple washer / dryer is also available since 1/1/2017.

In the large garden there is sun from early in the morning until early in the evening. There is a simple swing for the little ones.

We had a wonderful time staying in Medemblik in Wim's lovely holiday home. Everything was lovely and clean and the kitchen was extremely well resourced with everything we needed and more. Comfortable beds and nice to have option of outdoor seating. Easy walk to town and nice to wake up to bird song each morning. Our only suggestion would be to have some information about where we could do laundry, but me managed with hand washing. Overall, highly recommended as accommodation. Griffiths and Hassens

The house is bright clean and comfortable and enabled the six of us (grandparents with four grandchildren - ages 14 to 9) to have a wonderful time in Holland. The kitchen is excellently appointed and provided us with all the necessary equipment we needed to prepare meals every day (there was a good supply of condiments). The rest of the house is equally good and with a good sized, well equipped bathroom. The garden runs down to the water and there is a landing stage from which the children fed the ducks and launched the inflatable. The swimming pool is five minutes walk away and we also hired bikes and a boat from reception and also used the on-site tennis courts. Next to reception there is a restaurant where we had delightful grill meal. We cycled into Medemblik, the cycleways are excellent and always felt the children to be very safe. The boat we hired was electric and we had great fun exploring the waterways. The walk to the beach is about ten minutes and on the beach there is nice bar and cafe. We used the car to travel to local points of interest but to go to Amsterdam we took the train from Hoorn. There is a ticket office at Hoorn station and a huge car park which cost 2.5 euros for the day. We would be more than happy to stay at Wim Soede's house again.

Wir können das Ferienhaus und den Park sehr empfehlen. Besonders für einen Urlaub mit Hund und Kindern, da man in wenigen Minuten am Meer ist. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem gemütlich eingerichteten Ferienhaus verbracht. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen Urlaub benötigt, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Lieben Dank auch für den leckeren Wein zur Begrüßung. Die Kommunikation von der Buchung bis zur Abreise war sehr angenehm. Wer einen schönen Urlaub am IJsselmeer verbringen möchte, dem empfehlen wir diese Unterkunft. t in einer sehr schönen Ferienanlage

Wir waren 14 Tage in dem Ferienhaus, und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus war sehr sauber als wir es betraten, und war mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Die Lage in der Ferienanlage war optimal, und mit dem Steg ein echter Traum. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgeber war perfekt. Wir haben immer super schnell eine sehr freundliche Antwort erhalten. Wir persönlich können das Ferienhaus jedem empfehlen, und wir würden es auch jederzeit wieder buchen.

Der Check in hat super geklappt, die Vermieter stehen jederzeit telefonisch zur Verfügung. Das Haus war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht. Die Lage ist traumhaft. Erholung pur. Es Ist auch gut gelegen wenn man mal essen gehen möchte oder in Medemblik bummeln . Auch nach Amsterdam sind es nur 40 Minuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist perfekt mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, die Lage an der kleinen Gracht traumhaft. Medemblik ist ein süßer kleiner Ort, der alles bietet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!!!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dem Ferienhaus! Die Ausstattung war modern und sehr umfangreich. Die Einrichtung war sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Innenstadt und Ijsselmeer waren in nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Vom eigenen Steg ging es direkt zu vielen Bootstouren durch die Natur. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und haben sich um alles gekümmert.

Wir hatten tolle 2 Wochen. Eine super Lage, direkt an der Gracht mit 2 Stegen zum Wasser. Wir konnten stundenlang SUP Board fahren, im Garten in der Sonne liegen, ins Städtchen fahren und: AUSSCHLAFEN!! Nur die Enten, Gänse und Schwäne machen Geräusche...und das fanden wir wunderbar! Haus gut, Küche gut eingerichtet, sehr nette und aufmerksame Vermieter. Alles wirklich gut!!!

Unser Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus war sehr schön und wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts, der Garten ist gepflegt und (im Unterschied zu den meisten anderen der Häuser im Ferienpark) hat er durch Bäume und Sträucher einen natürlichen Sichtschutz zu den gegenüberliegenden Grundstücken. Man läuft in ca. 10 min. zum Ijsselmeer und auch nach Medemblick sind wir gelaufen oder mit dem Rad gefahren.
