Peaceful & elegant 4 bedroom 1936 Queen Anne home is walking to distance downtown where you will find restaurants, parks, shopping, movie theater & seasonal farmer's market.

This home includes a beautifully renovated kitchen with two full size fridges, pantry, a wine bar, wood burning fire place, large smartTV, spacious yard with play structure, and sleeping for up to 8.

Pets are allowed but must be disclosed & approved.
Downstairs you will find:

-Master suite with a king bed with attached remodelled luxurious spa like bathroom, including cast iron tub, rain shower, double vanity, & heated floors.

-Large well appointed dining and kitchen area include everything you need to prepare meals for a party of 8, including a wine bar, two full size fridge/freezers, pantry, gas stove/oven, 8 person dining table,

-A spacious living room with wood burning fire place and large SmartTV with streaming ability.

-1/2 bathroom

- Laundry room with washer & dryer (laundry soap, bleach & dryer sheets are included) Iron & Ironing Board.

- Off the kitchen/dining room is access to the fully fenced yard, which includes a charcoal grill, outdoor dining table with umbrella, & a play structure.

The Victorian decor was lovely. The living and dining rooms were large enough for our family of 7, and the children played on the play structure almost continually! … And then there is that bathroom I just didn’t want to leave…

A wonderful time at your lovely, beautifully updated home! Extremely comfortable, clean, roomy. Outstanding communication with hosts, who were very solicitous of our comfort. Lovely house, great location
This charming home was spacious and accommodating for six adults and two dogs. Large kitchen and dining area was great for catching up at our small family reunion. The location was a nice walk away from a park for the dogs and only a short drive to good food and shopping.

One of the best places we stayed
This property was incredible. Truly a hidden gem We just stopped for the night, but we enjoyed grabbing a few drinks and food from the nearby restaurants and breweries, and returned to watch our kids wear themselves out on the play structure in the backyard. We'll definitely be returning.

We stayed here for a late Christmas Celebration, while we were not in the house very much except for sleeping and showering it was so nice to come back to each night. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets on the main bedroom were very soft. The master bath was very lovely (wish I had had the opportunity to soak in the tub) the shower was great. The kitchen was very lovely and again wish I had had more opportunity to use it, but we spent the majority of our time at our kid's house. Would definitely stay in this house again and would recommend it for sure.

This home has been beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated. A great starting point for Crater Lake, Rogue River and other excursions. The bathroom was our favorite room, heated flooring and a rain shower, wished I had that at home.

The house was beautiful, but could not get the house cooler than 75 degrees. No outside chairs to relax and enjoy the weather in. Great kitchen.

This property was exactly as advertised. A great property with thoughtful touches throughout. Very clean and well appointed, with plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax. Our family of 5, including two teens and a grandmother, were all very comfortable at this rental home. It is extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook some of our meals. The mattresses were very comfortable and felt new, and the bedding and towels were also fresh and new. We loved our stay and highly recommend this rental home. Communication and check in were flawless and timely, especially since we booked it at the last minute. Great location and great hosts!
We really enjoyed our time in Medford while we visited Crater lake. Blaine and Steffanie were wonderful hosts. The property is charming and in good shape for its age. Bathrooms are a bit dated and the home could use more AC during summer months but the hosts have provided fans as substitutes that work alright. The kitchen is mostly updated and Overall, great value!

The house clearly had somebody who loves it spend a lot of time preparing for guests! Great family friendly home and included games, kitchen necessities and a huge fridge (and a wine fridge,too)! We would love to be a guest again!! Visited Crater Lake, Ashland, Medford wine tasting and a Rogues baseball game!
