About this property

Entire place

You'll have the entire cabin to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Creekside Cabin--a quiet, wooded country delight

The cabin is set in the woods with a beautiful garden pathway leading to it. The covered porch overlooks the creek. You may see deer roaming through in the early morning or evening. The interior is decorated with a queen-sized bed, bath with shower, a small refrigerator and microwave.
If what you are looking for is a big kitchen where you can cook and eat just like you do at home, we aren't the place for you. For that reason, we limit stays to one week. But if you're wanting to relax and enjoy the local eateries, we have many to choose from.

Relaxing cabin in the wine country
We loved this place! It had everything we needed for our weekend getaway, and as an added bonus, our pup could come as well. I think the pictures don't do justice to how cute this place is; it appears much bigger in person than it did in the listing.

Recharging Retreat for my little dog and I!
Janie’s Creekside Cabin continues to be my favorite hideaway in Medford! So relaxing. Fall asleep to the babbling creek, wake up with a rooster crowing. Secluded yet 10 minutes from everything you could ever need. Janie took such great care of my little dog and I. Monte (Janie’s dog) gave my little Rowdy a complete tour of the property! They played together all week. I hope we get to come back soon! ♥️

Shhhh don’t tell anyone! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I absolutely love the Creekside Cabin. I come to the area for work a lot and it’s perfect when I get to spend my time here. So please don’t tell anyone!! It’s so quiet and my little dog can run around with Monte. I can watch the deer walking along the edge of the property in evening. Life is sweet at the tiny cabin.

Delightful
It was a delightful stay for my dog and me because: The cabin was charming with all of its period details, The property was walkable and peaceful with a "creek running through it", and The host was outgoing, warm and friendly. The resident dog, too! Wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely book the cabin again.

Dog Heaven
We stayed 6 nights at the cabin with our yellow lab (outside). It was a great cabin, good location, and a great place for a well behaved dog to run around. Cycling routes at the main road, close to Medford and Ashland. Check it out!

Peaceful Cabin
Cabin was neat and clean. Janie was extremely hospitable and exceptionally accommodating. Plenty of hot water. As noted by others, WIFI was spotty, should be noted in description. Unfortunately, we had extreme smoke during our stay — I imagine would be a truly lovely retreat in the fall / winter months just reading on the porch. Overall, a sweet place close to Ashland but with a peaceful setting.

Lovely Secluded Cabin -no WiFi
Loved this little gem of a cozy cabin! Everything was perfect except the WiFi was “not available” all 5 days that I was there. After day one I didn’t mind being off the grid, but this listing should not list wifi until they are able to upgrade the system. But I WILL stay again! Just I just won’t plan to be connected.

Lovely cabin
The cabin is lovely and well-equipped, perfect for one or two people. I appreciated that there were plugs and reading lights easily accessible to both sides of the bed. The setting is both out in the country and close to town. I stayed there while attending plays in Ashland, so I didn't get to relax on the porch or the hammock as much as I would have liked. The owner is easy to communicate with by email or text and her flower garden is lovely! The setting is so quiet that I slept much better than I do at home.

Private Cabin
Excellent stay off the beaten path that allows dogs; Entrance is gravel road (pay attention to details they provide when you reserve as it can be a little tricky) through small woods and over a small bridge spanning the creek. Very inviting. Accommodations were as published and as previously commented but I have been in much smaller so was not an issue; when you have the whole backyard and porch too, depending on season it is perfect. To Medford is a 10 min ride. Wine tasting is very close. House dog is VERY friendly. Medford is far for us but if we were to continue our tasting journey south we would most definitely stay there again! Only con was unable to get Wi-Fi access so plan ahead.

A slice of quiet heaven
This was my first solo trip and I wanted a cozy place that wasn't too remote, or too rustic (meaning hot water, heat/AC, bed, etc.). This fit the bill and then some. The cabin is the cutest thing I've ever seen and has everything you could need for a quiet getaway to unplug and recharge your batteries. Its close enough to civilization, but also feels like you're in the middle of nowhere. There are wonderful restaurants, vineyards, parks and trails, all within 30 minutes at the most. The owner/host welcomed me with their sweet dog, let them know if I needed anything and then left me alone, which I was very appreciative of. The check in/out was very easy too. I will DEFINITELY be back and am hoping to make it a regular retreat for myself.

A cute little cabin next to a creek. We saw deer grazing and Monte, the owners golden retriever, was a peach. Our only real complaint was the lack of a tv and the poor Wi-Fi which went in and out.

I was very happy with my stay, and my dogs were in heaven! Very clean and cozy! Quite a jog to Crater Lake but an absolute gorgeous drive so the time flew right by. I will recommend the place to others for sure.
