Walking distance to the Mosque and view. Staff were ever so helpful . Apart from when we arrived we were told that. When we arrived to the hotel . Hotel staff informed us that we didn't have a booking . originally i booked 3 rooms for my family. Hotel staff informed me that the hotel did contact Hotel.com to ask for payment . I wasn't aware that a payment was required before we stayed at the hotel . I didn't receive any email from Hotel.com . This kinda put pressure on me and the hotel to find my family and i accommodation on the stop.

Staffs were very kind and welcoming. The location is perfect and it's right in front of the Mosque, and many small stores in the area. There is a bakery/sweet shop inside the hotel, which opens until around 11pm. The room was very clean and the stay was pleasant.

Great place to stay in Madinah. Directly located behind the Masjid Nabawi and easily located from afar. Staff were always helpful, the cafe was very nice and had lots of options and assortment of cakes and shakes. Definitely would recommend this place again.

The haram view is superb, the day manager I think his name was zayd - gave services beyond expected. Very friendly staff, rooms are clean and spacious - highly recommended. We shifted to another hotel near by and can find big difference in quality of services.

Great place to stay, I highly recommend it

I had a wonderful stay, the staff are polite, professional and always ready to assist. they were very accommodating in allowing us to check in early, which was a big help instead of waiting until 4pm. The hotel location is midway between the northern area, where all the restaurants are, and the South Gate which lead to rawda.

Excellent hotel definitely come again

We really enjoyed our stay at Tulip Inn, it was a good location and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Saif and Sajid the bell boys went out of their way to help us cellophane our luggage which was much appreciated. The distance to the prophet’s mosque was about 5 mins , opposite gate 320. The hotel amenities were good with an excellent breakfast with ample selection of foods and a lovely cafe with snacks throughout the day. Saudi coffee was available throughout the day too if you like it in the lobby. WiFi was okay. You have to download a VPN booster to make WhatsApp calls or use botim.

Very close to Masjid Nabwi, literally opposite gate 320. The hotel is nice, clean and customer service was good. Breakfast options were basic but lovely. The view from the dining area was of the masjid.
