"Perfect from start to finish. A modern, clean hotel with every facility you could need. Check in was quick & efficient, the lifts worked perfectly. Rooms are clean, beds are very comfortable, the bathroom had a large walk in shower, water was lovely and hot and although we didn't use them, bath robes and slippers were provided. "Fourth time staying at this Hotel and as always it was fantastic! The room is incredibly spacious and the bed and pillows are so comfortable! Fantastic view of the sea from our balcony and a delicious dinner as well as breakfast. Also thoroughly enjoyed the spa with two saunas and a steam room along with a salt pool, hot tub and another indoor pool. "

"The room was very clean. We had a nice view of the Black Sea. Downside was that the shower drain was plugged. Didn't know how to contact anyone for help. Also didn't know where to find the entrance or office. It was around the back of the building. Nice lady there to help us find our room."

"Our room was huge and the twin beds were both small doubles. The bathroom had a bath and separate walk in shower. Bath robes and slippers were provided. The sea view from the balcony was fabulous. The buffet meals had a fantastic selection and plenty of it! Tea and coffee was freely available at breakfast as well as juices and water. "Perfect from start to finish. A modern, clean hotel with every facility you could need. Check in was quick & efficient, the lifts worked perfectly. Tea & coffee provided free of charge and a well stocked mini bar (chargeable) The TV had a wide variety of channels and also provided information on all the facilities in the hotel. Hotel Bulgaria is perfectly situated for shops, bars and restaurants which are all within easy walking distance. The buffet breakfast was fantastic and plentiful with every option you could ask for. The dining room is large and spacious and beautifully decorated and the staff are very attentive. Our only small 'niggle' was car parking spaces, we were very lucky and managed to get a space at the front of the hotel but friends had to park on the street nearby and pay for their stay. All in all though, an excellent hotel and more than worthy of it's 4 star rating! Would we stay again? Most definitely - we'll be back!"

"What a fabulous stay. Was welcomed and had a great room. Very clean and very comfortably bed. Dinner and breakfast was great and staff were very polite and attentive. We were even given a comp 6 hour late checkout which added to our comfortable stay. Will def return when back in the area. "

"We booked the room and then we attempted to contact the property countless times to confirm our reservation and no one answered the phone. On arrival were met by a staff member that should not be working in hospitality as he never said any welcoming words. On the way to our room we realised that we made a huge mistake as the dirt in the corridors was indescribable and unfortunately the smell of food such as fry macro and variety of off soup we’re almost chocking us; never mind that when I entered the room I realised that the room itself was worst than the corridors, when tried to get a shower the shower was broken which was fixed but the toilet flush wasn’t working properly and I did have to fill 10 litres of water bottle and use it to flush the toilet.This also was reported but for four days we were there no one did fixed the issue. In the morning we miss the breakfast but when we went to the snack bar it become clear to us why there was bad smell in the corridor as the staff were frying everything in a black oil, the tables and food areas were disgusting. Food at the snack bar is disgusting and not safe to eat. Nobody from the hotels chefs follow food hygiene guidelines and checked the temperature of the hot dishes during my stay! Kitchen staff did not speak any different languages like English. There is no description of the food nobody knows what they eating! No information about food allergy! The hotel description are 4 stars but did not meet the criteria for 2 stars!"
