"We booked approximately 12 different locations on our trip to Amsterdam and Croatia. They were all very nice except for this one. Everything in it is VERY OLD, the bedding and linens were from the last century. They were all paper thin and smelled. Both of us had bites all over in the morning. Bed bugs??? The wall at the end of the tub leaked resulting in a flood which we had to clean up in the morning. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!"

"The house is very modern and clean inside and outside. The pool was cleaned 1 time a week by staff. Due to the completely fenced garden you have a lot of privacy. The supermarket, restaurants, etc. are only about 15 min away and thus good and fast to reach by car. The landlord is very nice and informed us about all important information directly upon arrival. Also at departure he met us with a small gesture, which is not self-evident. All thumbs up 👍"

"We had a great time at this villa! The house was very clean and the furniture was really nice. The pool was big and we had a lot of fun swimming and relaxing there. The hosts were super friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome right away. The villa is in a quiet area, but it's only a 20-minute drive to some beautiful beaches. We really enjoyed our stay and had so much fun—it’s a perfect place for a fun and relaxing vacation. I would definetly recommend and visit again."

"It was a very nice house with pool. Just like the pictures. We stayed for 1 week in oktober 2023. The weather was nice with 2 days of rain. We actually make use of the pool. This was still open. The house had everything you need for a nice stay. The owners are very friendly. Even our dog was let to stay in the house (above 24 kg). We make day trips to other city’s. Because Labin is beside the old town not so interesting for us. Thank you to the owner for the nice welcome and stay."

Especially our baby enjoyed the company of the goats (fenced in) as well as the cats and dogs on the property. We also loved the spacious terrace with plenty of space for our baby to crawl. The Villa is very clean, the kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable."

"Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, leider hat das Wetter nicht so mitgespielt.Dies macht aber für Gesamteindruck keinen Unterschied. Unsere Kontaktperson(Tochter) und auch die Mutter waren überaus freundlich und kompetent. Wir wurden sehr Herzlich empfangen und auch das Willkommens-Geschenk konnte sich sehen lassen. "One of our favorite hotels of our trip. Excellent location along the ocean walk with easy access to the ocean and a very nice pool. Lots of pool chairs available and very family friendly. The breakfast was absolutely amazing with everything you could possibly imagine. The staff were extremely helpful and Nice. Parking was easy. Short 20 minute walk into town. Views from the rooms were incredible. We extended our stay with a late check out, which was amazing because it allowed us to explore the area with a quick drive over to Rovinj without having to worry about parking or luggage security. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!"

"It is one of the most beautiful hotels I had ever stayed. Its onside and outside architecture is unbelievable The room was big and one could find there everything to make a customer happy: flip flops, robes, toiletries, tea, coffee, balcony. The breakfas buffet just blowed my mind. So many different food stations and quality of food was great. "
