"Jimmy in the ski shop was amazzzing! And the shuttle drivers. Very disappointed that when we took dirty towels (very dirty) on arrival to reception no apology or acknowledgement of how something like that wasn’t acceptable! Given cost and added charges we incurred it did make us not want to return. Nobody wants to find towels brown stained. The spa treatments were amazing and girls were very lovely. "

"Nicely appointed property with everything we needed. Close to the supermarket. Well equiped kitchen. Seating area a little small for our large group of eight adults. The bedrooms are nicely done the mattresses are very comfortable the only criticism we all had were that the pillows on the beds were very unsupportive, very flat! All in all a great chalet for a ski holiday, the owners are very kind and helpful."

"There was much to like about the Megeve apartment.The location was the best, right at the edge of the old town, a short block from the boulangerie. The kitchen and living areas were spacious and comfortable. Everything was modern and attractive and bright. But we were surprised that there were three bathrooms but just one toilet. "We had an amazing time at the house. The house is one of the most beautiful places we have stayed at. It is extremely well designed and great for a large party with kids. Helene was so helpful and great to have as a contact. She helped up organize dinners, bought our groceries and kept the house extremely clean. We would definitely recommend staying here and we are definitely going to re book for coming years."

"Everything about the house and owner/host is great - We love Megève and can stay there again - the only thing to comment is the physical location of the house. It’s right by the major road and there is always noise of the cars - we are from new york and used to this - for anyone looking for a complete quiet, it’s not the place.
