"Super hotel and rooms -- ideal for a family of four. It's so rare to be able to get four beds and so we were delighted. Fantastic service from the staff (friendly, helpful, professional). Very clean. The only slight downside is that it can be little noisy from the road below (with trams and traffic). Not all the rooms are above the road but the four-bed rooms are. However, that's a small concern as overall we were very happy and had an excellent stay. "

"Really pleased with our decision to stay at Made in Louise. It is a charming small hotel just outside the centre of the city but very accessible. We used an Uber to get to and from the Eurostar station but used the trams and buses while there. The nearest stop is just a 5 minute walk away. The hotel is situated on a quiet street in a quiet neighbourhood. The room was very comfortable and spacious with a huge bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities were not available in the room but freely available...

"A very pleasant surprise, a much better stay than expected. Room was large and spacious, and clean. Good amenities and a very comfortable stay. Bathrooms could be upgraded to include a walk in shower, that would be my only gripe. Hotel located in a good area, with lots of food nearby. Métro is a 10min walk away, gets you to the main places. Tram was close by but we didn’t have time to use them. "

"A great hotel for a short stay. Easily walkable to the main tourist locations. There is a very friendly vibe, with young staff, free drinks on arrival and a 24/7 bar. The bar/reception/restaurant area looks more like a nightclub than a hotel - and that’s exactly what we were looking for. An excellent spot, we will definitely visit again."

"Amazing check in service and friendly and amazing staff, they were so keen to help and go out of their way to make us welcome despite being from England. I loved the vibe and the area was fantastic. The ease of check in and out was brilliant and the breakfast was fine. The only concern I had was that the air conditioning was only allowed to be set at hot and I feel sick when a room is warm so I couldn’t cool it down using the air conditioning meaning I had an uncomfortable nights sleep. Please Europe consider asking guests on check in whether they’ll require cool air rather than being set at the European temperature (warm) Otherwise an amazing stay and I will definitely be back! "

"This hotel is situated a quick walk from the train station. The staff were kind and helpful and the room was comfortable. Our room was a bit colder than we would have liked, and turns out that you need to call for assistance in adjusting the thermostat (you don’t control it in the room). They assisted with that, and all was good! They also assisted with replacing a toiletry item forgotten at home. All is all, safe, clean and comfortable stay!"
