"This is a young property, only 2 years old! So everything is modern, and so is the service provided by the friendly staff. Meal times in the restaurant are posted at the Front Desk; and I was given the wifi password at check-in. Also, the Front Desk made any arrangements, as requested. The food is a mix of traditional Moroccan, French, and American. Moroccan tea, and coffee are included with every meal. A great place to relax and reset! "

"It was a really bad experience! The owner of the hotel is rude and aggressive. We were charged for the breakfast even though it was included. Staff cannot speak English which makes communication difficult. However, the owner is the worst and rudest of them all. We wanted to spend the afternoon on the hotel facilities after having checked out. We were nearly screamed at that we have to leave the property as we have already checked out. "Staff was AMAZING , they went above and beyond to make an unforgettable experience!! They arranged an early check in, lunch option even though the restaurant was closed at that time. they were super friendly! "We had a great stay in the suite, there was good closet space, living room space, a king bedroom and a fairly large bathroom. Hotel uses the middle eastern style bidet (no hose or toilet automation). WiFi was good when the hotel wasn’t busy. Nice pool area, no gym on property. For the suite, the TV only faces the bedroom leaving a mirror on the living room side. There are modern outlets at the beds for charging, but found the normal power plugs are still faster."

Not only is the “Desert Villa” breathtakingly beautiful, but so was the atmosphere because of the hospitality of the owner Youssef and his brother.
