Would not recommend.
Once the "free cancellation" period ended, we received a text informing us that rooms are only serviced every three days—a crucial detail that was never mentioned in all the time we had the room reserved.
To get fresh towels or extra toilet paper, we had to use a QR code in the room, which again was not explained during check-in. On top of that, the room looked nothing like the images advertised.
By day three, our room still hadn’t been cleaned. When I called reception (twice, because they hung up the first time), I was told I should have requested daily cleaning—a policy they failed to mention during our check-in, which was underwhelming at best.
The rooms are far from quiet. We endured constant stomping from the floor above, day and night. So much for a peaceful stay.
Amenities were practically non-existent. The provided toiletries were large, shared containers, which didn’t inspire confidence about cleanliness. The bathroom tap alternated between scalding hot or freezing cold with no middle ground.
While the location was decent, that’s the only positive thing I can say about this place. There’s no room service, no cleaning, and absolutely no reason to stay here again.
