Very helpful and responsive staff, room very comfortable and quiet and tram line to shopping right outside the hotel which was fantastic! Breakfast was good quality but a bit hit and miss with restocking food at some of the stations but staff were generally very helpful l.

Brilliant stay.

Great location within walking distance to lots of good restaurants/cafes. Cool, modern vibe and staff were very friendly and accomodating. The complimentary gelato was a nice touch. Pillows were abit too soft for our liking but manageable by putting extra bath towels underneath or requesting for extra pillows.

Nice hotel with good facilities-room was great breakfast was good. The parking was a let down- the parking provided is across the road and down a laneway. The First Parking facility is pretty crap- very narrow and and difficult to fit a standard car in the spaces without fearing damage.

Great hotel in the top end of Bourke street with many dining options in the area. The view from our room was other roof tops but the superior double bedroom was great for a night away and the heated pool was enjoyed even in the middle of winter. We added a package onto our booking and the buffet breakfast was excellent. Our family loved our staycation in Melbourne!
