Staff were not very welcoming and rude when leaving. No internet through out the stay. 'Queen Bed' was two singles that were different firmness made together.

Reception staffs not helpful couldn't understand them, bedroom was smelling like urine, kitchen utensils were broken,went to Kmart and bought new glasses and plates, it's meant to be a serviced apartments but no house keeping done.

Receptionist on Saturday 4/5/24 was accommodating in getting manager approval to provide a second fob for us, which was much appreciated. Fridge & freezer were not checked very well for cleanliness as both stunk of seafood. The smell was noticeable throughout the unit. This should have been cleaned and deodorised before allowing guest check-in.

Brand new apartment complex in Footscray. Property was great. A couple of points: - Internet/Wifi was on and off. At check-in it was mentioned that building internet is still being tested; but still disappointing that it was working reliably. - Car parking in surrounding areas is very very difficult. If you need parking; pay for the building parking

The window in our room was open and broken when we got there so it wouldn’t close. We got into our room late and it was cold. So I turned the heater on. After 5 minutes of the heater being on the smoke alarm went off. It went off for 11 minutes straight. I couldn’t get them to turn off. I tried and tried to call receptions after hour number with no luck. The next day I reported it to reception who had the window fixed. But the fact you can’t use the heater without the smoke alarm going off is concerning. Would be a cold winter.

Liberty One is new on the scene with a lot of construction happening around it. There was a smell of sewerage outside the entrance and in the lifts. We had difficulty opening our door with the code provided which was apparently a fault the builders needed to fix. The lounge was heavily stained with ? and a blind was ripped which I would not expect in a 'new' facility. However, the rooms were clean [pay a little more attention to the light switches] and the reception staff were very helpful and courteous.
