NO HOT WATER. Stayed here for one evening with a friend, and was shocked and disappointed not to have hot water in the morning for a shower. The staff were lovely, the place was perfectly situated within the free tram zone but I feel very let down (and really would like a partial refund) having to have a cold shower. By no means was the cost low enough to have warranted this issue. I’m sure the problem will be solved, but disappointed to have had this experience. If the place could offer a partial refund and fix the problem I would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent experience overall. It's a full size apartment, with wifi, washer, dryer, dishwasher, full kitchen etc. I had a good view from the balcony and there was secure parking available below. Hint, there is an Aldi and Woolworths only steps away, and the South Melbourne market is worth a visit too.
