Property was tired but in generally functioned well. Pool area was very rundown. Was disappointed it was difficult to get hold of reception on the phone and after trying to call I had to go down to reception to order my car from the valet. Despite trying to get hold of reception for 30mins, I had to wait another 30 minutes to get my vehicle.

Loved the hotel used gym and pool has a spa also which was nice centreally located so can see all melbourne cbd easily, near 3x tram stops so can go anywhere in cbd free of charge also bonus

Centrally located on Collins St, walking distance to everything in Melbourne's CBD. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, a special shout out to the valet parking team, very quick and professional!

It’s a below average hotel for the price paid. Dirty beds and toilet. Unhygienic breakfast and very limited eating options for breakfast. Staff never helps on anything. No parking or stopping point for pick up and dropping off travelers. Overall a very bad experience.

Location ideal, staff fantastic, rooms old but clean. The only negative was that on the hottest two days of the year thus far, the air conditioning broke down. I did ask to have it fixed however they claimed the whole system was broken which on speaking to other guests whose rooms were cold, I had to question. Obviously, not a weekend fix.

Friendly staff, decent size room, well equipped gym. The hotel decor is quite tired. The most frustrating element was the WiFi. It was barely over a 1mb speed for the whole duration of my stay, which is laughably slow.
