1/9 Tennyson Street is stylishly renovated warehouse conversion by Kath Mantelos. This north facing ground floor studio is extremely spacious for two people. It boasts a well-known graffiti artist "RETAINER's" work on the wall and has been tastefully decorated using recycled furniture. Enjoy lying on the KING SIZE bed watching your favourite media on the 55-inch flat screen TV or having coffee in the sunny courtyard. Car park space is adjacent to the courtyard which offers easy access to the apartment.

This studio apartment is suitable for guests staying in Melbourne for business, sporting fans (MCG, Tennis Centre, AMMI Park), music lovers (Rod Laver Arena & Hisense Arena), shoppers (Bridge Road and Chapel Street), or people who are visiting Epworth Hospital.

A great short stay apartment. Very close to Richmond train station, walking distance to everything in the CBD. Lots of great pubs and restaurants close by as well as a supermarket. Simple but clean with all the basic requirements. We'd definitely stay again
