"The beach is nice and clean but the hotel close it for guest use from 8 pm to 7 am The property condition is poor - broken tile, outdated furniture, broken bathroom fixtures, no safe in the room, etc. At arrival I had to wait one hour before they check in a large group of guests. "Lovely resort. Amazing breakfast spread was included. Friendly, helpful staff. Just the transfers to Reggio, a 15 mins drive was €40 each way. I recommend having a rental car when staying here. "

"A very mixed bag. The location is amazing and we had an incredible view from our balcony. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The issue is with the service. I messaged multiple times before arriving to ask for help arranging a transfer from the station. I got no response. There was nobody at the reception when I came to check in (or ever). The hotel was advertised as having a pool. It does not have a pool. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the terrible service took the gloss off "
