Discover the Dalsland Canal and its beautiful lush surroundings on a boat trip. We also recommend the nature reserves of Ranneberget, Norra Båsane and Svankila.
If you fancy a bit of swimming fun, head to Strömmersvik beach on Lake Ör. You can combine your swimming trip with a hike in the incredibly beautiful and exciting nature area west of the lake, where you can walk through a long ravine valley. The place was one of Astrid Lindgren's inspirations for Ronja the Robber's Daughter. The mighty Lake Vänern is also not to be missed.

Lovely House in the swedish countryside
We had a great time during our stay there. There is a forest and a lake close by and you can relax in the house or on the balcony. The hosts a very nice and we found everything we needed. We can recommend the house 👍
