"The view was outstanding. And the location was great. We enjoyed the pools and hot tub at the rec center and the nice little walk in the woods to get there (and that is was only 3min away if you didn't want to walk). So much to do around the area and the host was very responsive. However it is a little more rustic than the photos make it seem and a little musty. The bed I had wasn't all that comfy but I moved to one of the bunk beds and slept well there. FYI: It's $100 to have the trash removed...

"My husband, son and I all enjoyed our stay at the very clean and cozy cabin. The pond is only a 2 minute walk and everything you need to enjoy it was provided. We enjoyed having breakfast on the back deck in the morning and fires in the firepit at night."

"This house was a great stay for a long weekend. We had 5 people and had plenty of room. The kitchen was stocked so making meals at home was great. The firepit was awesome and having a propane grill was nice for a cookout. The only downfall was a slow draining bathtub/shower and no towels being offered. I would totally stay again! "

"We stayed in excellent VRBO rentals before. Only problem was garbage from previous rentals had never been removed from property. As snow melted we found an old cigar but on deck as well as dog poop. Which we picked up ourselves. "We had a great time. The home was clean & space for 8woman was good. It’s was in a great spot close to NorthConway if you want to venture out. The price for the spot was good. "The house is adorable, exceptionally clean, stocked with plenty of necessities, and also had a lot of supplies for families with young kids/babies. Our host was exceptionally responsive, reachable, and helpful (don’t sleep on the local attraction guide!). We were able to walk to/from a wedding at the nearby Mills property with no issues at all. The only minor drawback to the property is that it faces a busy road, but we kept the windows closed and that blocked the sound of motorists just fine."

"I didn’t look close at the on-line pics so at first arrival I had concerns. It’s a charming older style lake house that could use a bit of pampering but it was very clean and comfortable for our group of 8. The host and management company were great and easy to communicate with. We came up for our daughter’s wedding and we all had a very nice weekend. Thank you"
