We checked in on a Saturday and they only had two valet attendants working. After waiting an hour, we finally were waited on. However, they did not check in my vehicle, just collected key and info. When I went to retrieve my car later, they had no record of my car because they still hadn’t logged in my car. The attendant on duty was very helpful and physically went looking for my car and formally checked in my car. The staff was great, they were just understaffed and doing the best the could. Rooms are small, convenient location.

I liked everything about this hip hotel except the air conditioner electrical relay would make a loud click noise whenever it turned on. I would still stay there again if I needed to be convenient to Beale Street.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The facility was clean and decorated so cute! It was a great location for running in the St Jude marathon. My only complaint is coffee is not very accessible. If you want coffee, bring a coffee pot!

We only stayed one evening here. We got in around 9pm, front desk staff was friendly and informative. We were told the hotel bar would be open until 10, so we dropped our bags in our room and came back down for a night cap around 9:20. No one was at the bar, we sat and waited until another staff member told us the bartender was on break. Multiple people came down also waiting for a night cap. Food and drink service was hard to come by at this location.

Overall, I thought the property was great value. It's literally connected to the "Centric" (which has a nice rooftop bar). The rooms were comfortable and clean and it's a 2 minute walk to Beale. The check in experience definitely needs improvement. Our room wasn't ready at 4 so we went for a drink next door. Came back around 6pm and they still hadn't checked the room. Knowing we had already tried to check in, I think our rooms should have been a priority so we could get in our room quickly.
