We came into town to run the St. Jude marathon the following morning. We were barged into our room in the middle of the building night. If it were not for us activating the door jam, we would have been walked in on while sleeping. A staff member used their master card to let an obnoxious guest believing her key card didn’t work for her room (our room). In the morning we were in a rush to get to the race, so we didn’t have time to discuss a refund. The hotel offered free snacks… I would not recommend staying here. It’s very underwhelming for the Raddison brand and sloppily run.

The lady at the front desk was wonderful. It was night and we got lost and when I called the hotel for directions, she stayed on the phone and guided us to the front door! EXCELLENT SERVICE

First of all I want to give the highest rate to front desk service. Christian was absolutely polite and kind to us. At the time of our stay there was another guest smoking (not tobacco) in their room and we couldn't stand the smell. We got moved to another room and a different floor but the newroom was not very clean. By this time we were just exhausted to ask for another room. Breakfast was also very poorly done. This was our forth stay at this property and we have seen the changes in a couple of years. Again I want to say the costumer service was very good, they also sent a technician to help our son to plug his video game on the TV at the first room. The other three times we stayed there also had a couple of issues that were addressed and corrected.

20 cars robbed
The hotel and staff was nice but about 20 cars in the parking lot got broken into on the first night of the stay and they staff didn’t have security or patrol the following night to ensure it didn’t happen again
