Out of all the “Red Roof Inn” Locations In TN, I’ve stayed in, this one is my favorite mainly because of the staff and the room. Housekeeping is very conscientious and responsive to any request. Overall their customer service approach makes the guest feel valued. I highly recommend.

This hotel was at best a 2 star motel. I wasn't expecting much in Memphis.. the positives were that it was actually quiet, little to no vagrants in parking lot loitering, and at a distance the rooms looked decently remodeled. The room appeared to be cleaned though we gone a bag off salad and ham in the mini fridge, no towels, and cigarette burns I'm one of the top blankets in a non-smoking room. There was also what appeared to be mild stains at the bottom of the shower curtain. The biggest issues were the toilet backed up twice and it took almost 2 hours to get someone to bring a plumber after letting them know we needed to use the restroom and the wifi never worked at all the 4 days we were there because of poor signal.

The first room they gave us had not been cleaned. The second room they gave us the smoke alarm started chirping (low battery) called the front desk to see if they could come and change the battery. They said they couldn't do that. They said "see if it stops and if it doesn't they could give us another room (we were already in bed. So we took out the battery and put it back in before we left the room.
