DO NOT BOOK !!! I booked 3 suites drove 35 min when the crew got there because it’s artist ( musicians) they told them rooms were sold !!! Guys slept in vans . EXPEDIA SHOULD NOT HAVE THIS HOTEL ON EXPEDIA

For starters, check in is at 3pm we had a baseball tournament and i called at 3 to make sure we had a room since our 1st game was at 3pm. The lady said yes ma'am your all good told them it would be around 9:30 before we would be there said totally fine you have already paid. Get here at 9:30pm and she said i am still cleaning your room.... do WHAT... get a room 1st thing when you walk in the it was HOT ... the air would not come on they had someone come check it out he said yup the air is out so by this time its 10:25pm we get another room air works but is dirty there was a dirty wet towel still hanging in the bathroom behind the door. Hair on the sink and food pieces still on the floor.

The staff was very nice a d helpful but the room was very dirty and i didnt like it that we werent provided clean towels when we put our dirty ones outside the door. We always had to go to the front lobby to get some. Also didnt like the pillows because they were to soft for me.
