Es ist ein kleines, gemütliches und gut ausgestattetes Haus, das alles bietet, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt. Die ruhige Lage sorgt für Erholung, und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in nur fünf Autominuten erreichbar. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war äußerst angenehm und unkompliziert. Wir haben das Haus in sehr guter Erinnerung und können uns gut vorstellen, es noch einmal zu buchen. "

"Too floor, two bedroom apartment, at the end of a cute little dead-end street in Dortmund. Perfectly clean and orderly, plenty of room for clothes and our things. Great living room space with smart tv and WiFi. Laundry room in basement works well. Used the kitchen daily and was able to make wonderful meals for family. Bonus community back yard with table and bench and lovely garden. Room to park car. Bakery and little bodega shop at end of the street, 3 minute walk. Grocery store 3 minute drive....

"Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Kein Luxus, aber den haben wir auch nicht erwartet. Die Wohnung war sauber und es war alles da was man brauchte. Der Außenbereich befindet sich aktuell im Bau, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Umgebung. Die Landschaft ist wunderschön und der Zugang zum Wald liegt tatsächlich direkt neben dem Haus. Wir kommen gern wieder 👍"
