"The front desk people were very pleasant and cheerful. We found our room very dark, even with the curtains opened. We just looked onto walls or the parking garage. Perhaps it was just our room on the bottom floor. But the hotel was not busy at all. They could have given us a room upstairs that might not have been cave-like. When we arrived, the bathroom was not very clean. Lots of hair and bits of things on the floor and in the shower. We did enjoy the breakfast been brought to our room."

"This was my second time in Mendoza, this place by far was much better than the 4.5 starts hotel that I stayed last time. Friendly stuff will go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant and easy as possible. Every day they stocked up the fridge which it made it easy to have breakfast in and have a leisure morning before you started your day with excursions and sight seeing. I highly recommend this place, you won't be dissappointed "

"The rooms were dated and disgusting. There were bed bugs and sheets and towels looked dirty. Also hotel management was not very friendly. Could not even stay one night had to relocated to another hotel nearby."

Htl is not giving face tower (That is what they said when I asked) Location is good, but I think for the rate you can have a better hotel"

"Nice and comfortable hotel. A little inconvenient that it is on the second floor and there is no elevator, but it is a central location on a pedestrian shopping street that closes down around 9 pm so it is very quiet."
