"I wish there was 6 stars for SPECTACULAR ! This hotel would be 6 stars . From the moment you walk in the doors the reception staff were so welcoming and friendly . They showed us where everything was and then to the lift . We had run 314 on the top floor and it had a wonderful balcony overlooking the gardens and Terrace and we had a great view of the Eiffel Tower . "This hotel is certainly not a 4 star hotel. First of all the hotel refused to turn on the aircondition even though the room temperature was over 30 degrees at night. We did have trouble sleeping. They told us that the government was prohibiting them from using air condition until June, which is not true. Obviously they are trying to save money although we paid for cooling. Also I am pretty sure there was bedbugs as we woke up with itchy bumps on our body.. The drain was clogged in the...
