Apartment located in a quiet area of Cala Blanca, very close to Ciutadella.

Ground floor apartment, located in front of a green area and very close to the beach. Very quiet area in the same urbanization of Cala Blanca. The area has all kinds of services:
- At 10 meters from the apartment there is a bus stop that connects with Ciutadella and different beaches.
- The pharmacy is 30 meters away. The supermarket and shopping center 50 meters away.
- Access to the surrounding beaches is easy; Walking takes 5 minutes.

Although the car is not essential, it is recommended to rent one to get to know the island thoroughly.

The beach of Cala Bla is 45 meters long and 140 meters wide. Semi-urban beach whose composition is sandy. Very touristy cove that has good equipment and that takes its name from the nearby urbanization, as well as the white color of its excellent sand.

Great time in Menorca

Really Comfortable Casa
Very well equipped and spacious. Immaculately clean. Convenient for local shops, restaurants etc. Car parking on the property. Cala Blanca is a very nice area. pleasant

fantastic cozy apartment.
We had a three week holiday here, and it was great the apartment was top notch, and very comfortable. Cala Blanca is a good base for getting about this beautiful island. We will be back. Many thanks Ivan and family. Kath & Denis.

Summers almost gone
We had a wonderful time in Pinyeta Pinyol at the end of september. The house is perfectly equipped and it is only 5 minutes to a beautiful bathing bay. The contact with Ivan was very nice. We'd love to come back.

Un lieu idéal
Le lieu est très bien situé à Cala Blanca, il est très confortable et très bien équipé. Ciutadella est facilement accessible par le bus même s’il est préférable d’avoir une voiture pour pouvoir rayonner sur l’île. Bref ! Une très belle diestination,!

A nossa estadia foi ótima. A casa era muito acolhedora e tinha tudo o que era necessário para se estar. Tinha alguns brinquedos para as crianças. É perto de uma praia ótima e tem os serviços necessários em redor (supermercado, farmácia, parque infantil). A zona é tranquila. O Ivan foi extremamente simpático, respondeu muito rapidamente às nossas solicitações. Foi ótimo, recomendamos muito.

Villetta accogliente
Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana con i nostri due figli e ci siamo trovati molto bene.l'appartamento è carino curato nei particolari, ha persino una lavanderia e tanto spazio per stendere. L'unico appunto è che fa un po' caldo la notte visto che il condizionatore è nella sala. Il resto tutto ok. In zona ci sono diversi supermercati e il mare dista a pochi minuti a piedi dall'appartamento.

Un séjour en famille idéal
Nous ne pouvions espérer mieux que le logement d’Ivan. Cette petite maison est, en plus d’être située dans un lieu calme et à 5 min à pieds de la plage, très propre, confortable, et fonctionnelle. Ivan et son père sont des personnes très accueillantes et nous avons eu le plaisir de trouver dans ce logement les indications des lieux et centres d’intérêts sur Minorque en plus de bonnes adresses pour manger et pour tous les budgets. Nous nous sommes senti comme chez nous. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés. Ce sont des personnes de confiances. Nous espérons à une autre fois Ivan, et bravo pour tes photos, elles sont magnifiques. Un abrazo 😊

Maison très agréable et surtout très propre , avec 2 chambres très confortables, un salon cuisine spacieux avec une terrasse où tous les matins les petits déjeuners se prenaient L hôte est une personne conviviale et disponible Il nous a accueilli et tout explique en anglais nous parlons pas espagnol il s est adapté Les restaurants et commerces se font à pieds en 3mn Et un couché de soleil somptueux sur la mer à 3 mn Vraiment si vous devez passer à Minorque arrêtez vous y c est superbe

Maison conforme à l'annonce, très bien équipée, propre, environnement calme, proche commerces et plages (à 5 minutes à pied). Ivan est très accueillant, arrangeant et toujours disponible. Séjour en tous points parfait ! Je recommande à 100%. Petit conseil ; si vous souhaitez visiter la grotte de cala blanca, elle se situe juste en face (à réserver dès votre arrivée pour avoir un creno qui vous conviens selon votre langue).

Excellent séjour dans cette maison à Cala Blanca
L’accueil du propriétaire est excellent et soucieux de bien être de ses locataires Maison conforme au descriptif et extrêmement propre il ne manque rien La piscine en face de la location est un plus et les bars et hôtels autour proposent des soirées très sympas Pour les plages la plus belle à proximité est celle de Galdana sinon au Nord Cavalleria Le meilleur bar de tapas est le No Ni Na à Cala blanca .Ciutadella est à 10 min en voiture et est très pittoresque et le port très animé N’hésitez pas à louer à Cala Blanca

Magnifica casita
El recibimiento por parte de Iván y su pareja fue muy cálido y nos tenían preparada mucha información sobre la isla El bungalow está muy bien situado muy cerquita de la parada del bus que te acerca a Ciutadella Al bungalow no le falta absolutamente de nada, dispone de dos tumbonas una hamaca , un patio grandísimo, y todo el menaje y vajilla, nos dejaron muchísimas toallas de varios .tamaños, plancha, secador de pelo, pinzas para colgar la ropa .No tienes que comprar nada para la limpieza, incluso nos dejaron gel para la ducha. Parecía que estrenamos nosotras el bungalow de lo limpio que estaba.

Tolles Haus und toller Vermieter!
Sehr schönes und praktisch gelegenes Haus. Iván ist ein toller und sehr hilfbereiter Gastgeber, der viele Tipps zum Erkunden der ganzen Insel geben kann. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, inklusive Hängematte. 5 Minuten entfernt liegt die kleine Bucht Cala Blanca mit Strand. Kleine Supermärkte und einige Restaurants sind ebenfalls in 1-2 Minuten zu erreichen. Eine kleine Tropfsteinhöhle mit unterirdischem See liegt praktisch vor der Haustür. Für uns war das die perfekt Unterkunft und wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank Iván!!

Très agréable sejour
La maison de Ivan est charmante, bien équipée et très bien entretenue. Elle est située dans une une petite station balnéaire calme en mai, à proximité de Ciutadella et des belles plages du Sud de l’île. A 300m, la petite plage de Cala Blanca et la possibilité de randonner le long du sentier côtier qui fait le tour de l’île. Un endroit parfait pour nous 4.
