"Overall, the chalet is beautiful. Three of the four sleeping rooms as well as the living room and balcony have a stunning 180 degree view. The beds are comfortable and the rest of the house is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The only downside is that the kitchen does not offer much working space. We would book it again."

"The house was perfect for our family gathering over Christmas. It was clean and great facilities like washing/ironing/dishwasher and raclette. We enjoyed walks up to the castle and down to the lake and it was also easy for us to get up into the mountains for skiing and into Annecy central. Great for those who don't want to be in the busy central part of town but still want to be able to enjoy it all."

"Well located, in. Enter. Boulangerie and grocery store 1 minute away. Lake 10 mins easy walk away. Parking nearby for a fee can be challenging in summer. There were a few areas not well cleaned with spiders nets. Access to the usable space is by 2 narrow spiral stairwells that are risky for children and older people, and even adults. Was very hot, an A/C unit advertised did nothing to cool down the space. Bedding of mediocre quality. The main space has some charm. Bathroom is a bit oddly shaped...
